AxÖ Consulting's Jönköping office, which started in April 2025, is growing and strengthening our trio with an additional recruitment consultant. Linnéa Broman describes the role:

"As a recruitment consultant, you will project manage recruitment assignments from start to finish. You will drive multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, at different stages and paces. You will follow your client (likely for many years to come) through ups and downs and become an important part of both AxÖ Consulting and your clients' operations. You will also join a team that has been entrusted with recruiting for some of Jönköping's most prestigious companies, and meet candidates who teach you something new every day. Working in recruitment is about more than just finding the right piece of the puzzle. It is a long-term, strategic job where the person you meet at the gym today could be your candidate in a recruitment process in six months."

Common tasks:

• Project manage and drive recruitment processes from start to finish.
• Work with upselling and present Axö's offerings in client meetings.
• Interview and conduct phone interviews with candidates.
• Actively work with headhunting and searching on LinkedIn as well as through websites.
• Reference checking.
• Conduct personality assessment tests and cognitive tests.
• Recommend and guide clients in decision-making.
• Provide feedback on positive and negative outcomes.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to build long-term relationships and is driven by creating results. You thrive in a sometimes intense work environment and are business-minded with integrity. With a relationship-building approach, you create trust with clients, candidates, and colleagues, always ensuring to deliver that little extra to make a difference.

To thrive and succeed as a recruitment consultant, you are a curious and enterprising person with humility, perseverance, and a strong initiative. You have an interest in the business community in Jönköping, and it is certainly an advantage if you have experience from a role with many contact points.

Furthermore, we see that you have:

• Several years of experience in recruitment from the industry or from an HR or managerial role.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing, as well as a good command of English in speech and writing.
• A valid driver's license and access to a car.
• A good ability to navigate digital tools.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• A background from service companies and an understanding of structures within larger companies and organizations.
• A university degree in HR, economics, communication, or equivalent.
